Domestic Policy
Our country is a democratic nation. The government doesn’t have much control over the economy. Economy of our nation is governed by a special sector called EOL (Economy of LeWolf) This section can take over the nation’s economy flow and turn it from a capitalism to socialism. This section listens to the Minister of Domestic Affairs, but there is a leader of this section. Our country’s population is on the rise, so there is a food problem. However the food problem is still under control which can be resolved within a couple of months. Crime rates are dropping in our nation due to the new and strict laws passed recently. The range between the wealthy and the poverty are getting smaller, but our prediction is that it won’t continue this trend for long. Citizens will have their basic freedom, and all of them will be treated equally. Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and freedom to all are the basic ones. We expect all citizens to participate in our country’s economy. We also expect them to participate in major elections. Our nation is organized into 12 states and 4 islands. The government provides basic care for the people of the nation. The funding of the cares would be coming from taxes.
Currency and Economic Policy
Our economy will be capitalism. Government has little control over what is going on with the business. However there are some certain rules that the business have to follow. We expect each individual to participate in the nation’s economy, because with more people our economy will strive to be better. Our taxes would be uniform all out the country, however there are still some special cases. It will be twenty six percent for annual income. Our currency will be called Lay. One Lay can pretty much get you half a piece of gum.
Education Policy
There is two years of optional kindergarten, it is not mandatory but highly recommended. There is five years of elementary school. There is four years of middle school. There is three years of high school. The nine years of elementary and middle school are mandatory for all citizens. These policies will checked through random security.
Police and Security Policy
We have local, state, and federal forces. The local forces are made up of small police and cops. The state will have troopers who focus on bigger crimes, the interstates are also under their control. The federal police works on crimes that will affect the country both physically and economically. One of our highest branch of police is the LPD (LeWolf Police Department).
Legal Policy
Our legal issues will deal in a court. All citizens have their right to go in a court. They have the right to defend themselves against any sort of prosecution. Each local area will have at least two district courts. Then there will be one state court. Finally the highest will be the federal court, which will serve national crimes.
Health care and Public Health Policy
Our nation has both private health-insurance and a national health-insurance. The national health-insurance  is for people living under the poverty line. However it is offered to regular people too, but the price will be way higher. There will be other private health-insurances also running on the market.
Agriculture and Food Production Policy
Our food production rely heavily on Territory 21 and sometimes just maybe Triangle. Our country itself on the mainland doesn’t grow food products. However our country does have the best seafood right now. Our country right now is in a bit of food crisis due to the increase of our population.
Social Security/Retirement
Generally, people retire at the age of 60~65. We will provide basic retirement money for the people and grants good social security.
Pollution
Air pollution accounts much of all the types of pollution found in our nation due to factories and industries dedicated in developing coal and oil. We are striving to develop new technologies to reduce this problem, such as promoting the use of bio-fuel.  Water pollution is controlled strictly and extremely carefully because water is our most precious natural resources. Most cities rely on water to sustain themselves.
Waste
Many legislation are enacted to promote the ideas of recycling. We have some incinerators around the nation and waste disposals on some of our islands. However, we reuse waste products it we can most of the time.
Energy
Coal, oil, and water contribute to the energy production of our country. Hydro-power is highly developed since an abundant source of water disperses through our nation. We also use our energy resources to trade with other nations for food production, iron/metals, and timber.
Environment
We take a lot of care on our environment because water resources must not be polluted. Many regulations are legislated to protect water resources. Recently, air pollution is getting worse, but the government is taking actions to minimize it.
Transportation
Our transportation is highly relied on railways, including High Speed Rail, train, subways, and other terrestrial transportation. We also have numerous ports, thus containing convenient transportation on water, such as ships and boats.
Issues of Domestic and Foreign Policy
We allow immigration, but immigrants are required to go through heedful health check, identity reconfirmation, and other processes to ensure national safety. Citizens are required to serve in the military for one year. Our currency is called Lay, and one Lay equals approximately 2 NT.
Foreign Policy
Allies: Territory 21 ;  Neutral Nations: Kalanji, Triangle ; Rival/Enemy Nations: Krakovc6ka
Our country is not and never will be isolationist. We may often be buffers between other nations and do our best to help allies. We won’t wage war against enemy countries unless they pose threats.
Military, Defense, and National Security
Our nation has major military bases on the east side of Mt. Iveray. We will be improving our military defense and strength over time. There are also navies on the northeast coast of our country. We do not accept any trespassers to intrude our borders. If there are any trespassers, they will be sent to the court immediately to ensure national security.
Foreign Aid
Basically, we assist allies no matter what happens - wars, natural catastrophes, diseases - unless our allies have disputes with our other allies. We will consider the most beneficial decision for both our own nation and allies. As for neutral countries, it depends on what happens. It a war happens between two neutral nations of ours, we probably won’t interfere the strife unless exceptional situations happen, such as violating our beliefs (democracy...etc.). Enemy nations are our enemies - we do not assist or provide anything for them. If necessary, wars can happen between them and us.
Borders
In general, military defense are set upon the east side of our country where our nation borders with Territory 21 and Triangle. We aren’t as concerned with Territory 21 because it’s our ally.
Volcanic Eruption and Wild Fire 4.1 Mountain Ranges on the East
This is one of the most important and dangerous natural disaster for our nation, due to the fact that we have a large mountain range running along the center of our country. Volcano is usually caused by earthquakes, which LeWolf suffers a lot from, that will trigger the explosion of the volcanoes.  The lava of the volcano is not a big problem, because we have one of the world’s            largest river flowing down from the mountain. However, volcano will causes a lot more trouble than just flowing lava. Volcano will usually causes wild fire and air pollution, which will be harder to stop than the actual volcano. Tons of debris will fly out of a volcano, and it will cause heavy damage within 200 kilometers. The debris from the volcano have the potential of attacking major cities such as Leon City, Rico Loco, Nerroro Brawl, Zorgon, and San Acracious. Not only does the major economic centers will be hit, but our military zone in the east of the mountain will suffer from the debris too.
Geologists and other researchers are still investigating the locations of possible active volcanoes. Research have shown that many of the volcanoes are dormant, but further investigation is needed to ensure the best security and safety.
4.2 Defence
Our country had long started building a giant long wall against the flowing of the lava. However this attempt had been suggested and rejected many times. It is becoming a common debate through out the country. People believe that the wall will create pollution and destroy the beautiful but dangerous mountain. At the same time people believe that it will be a waste of money to build the walls, because they believe that it will not work. So for the time being, we decided to build a very good water system surrounding the mountain with River Dirrikkirri. It is one of the best water system in all of the world. This is the defense strategy that we will use against the wild fire producing from the volcano. This water system can cover both Mt. Iveray and the Sporeed Mountains. The debris is the most dangerous part of the volcano. It has the ability to cover one of our major cities in dust. Debris can suffocate our citizens, and it can also cause heavy physical damage to both citizens and buildings. Not only does the buildings need to follow the Iveray Protection guide, they need to have at least 2 fire extinguisher in their houses. All the houses need to have adequate amount of the Lay Mask, masks that cover up the whole face. Lay masks have the ability to purify the air that is breathed in by the users.  We are working on a second edition of the Lay Mask, in which the mask itself contains small amount of oxygen. There will be at least be 2 community centers within each cities, and the closer the cities are to the volcano the more centers it will have. They are very strong buildings that can withstand the toughest debris. The maxmium occupation of these centers are 25,000, and these centers have large amount of food that can support at population of 10,000 for one month. In five days after the eruption, there will be ships, planes, and many more transportation machines that will take the citizens to our islands for temporary safety.
4.3 Education
We have located many scientists up around the mountain ranges for study and prevention of the volcanoes. The currently best technology that we have is called the Tjia 350, it is a machine that measure seismic waves. With that machine, at the latest we can know that the eruption within one hours. We also invented Wang Puff, it will make the lava and the debris less harmful. Since this natural disaster is very dangerous, we require all the citizens and aliens of this country to attend schools for volcanoes. All citizens above the age of five and under the age of sixty-five need to attend this meeting at least once per year. All schools in LeWolf will have Volcano Safety class,  so students don’t need to attend further classes. Most business will offer Volcano Safety class to their workers. If anyone can’t attend the classes for any purposes, the classes will be offer at the community center.
4.4 Budget
We spend at least one tenth of all our yearly taxes on natural disasters, currently 15% of that budget is going straight to volcano protection. We spend most of the money on the water system, a strong wall(if needed), and researching. Right now our main goal is to invent a better evacuation system to the islands. Hurricane
5.1 Fortunate Landscape and Geography
It is quite unlikely that a hurricane will hit our nation due to the fact that our country doesn’t have a vast ocean around us. We have many islands that will block the formation of hurricanes. We are not investing a lot of money for hurricanes.
5.2 Defense
Our country believes that safety should always come first. So, we decided to pass a bill that states that all house needs to have a minimum requirement of protection which we call the Iveray Protection. They need to have all the requirements on the Iveray Protection, or else they will be fined. There will be at least two community centers around each region. In those centers, there will be a lot more protection from hurricanes.
5.3 Education
We have a policy that all children need to attain at least the elementary school and middle school. Also for those that did not grow up in LeWolf, we have a 2 year mandatory school for them. During the school time, the students will be taught about natural disasters.
5.4 Budget
The budget will be very little for Hurricane, because it has a low risk of happening.
LEUR - LeWolf Economic Ultimate Report
Gross Domestic Product (GDP)

$ 31,000 (GDP/capita)
Contribution to GDP from Different Economics Sectors
| Coal + Oil Industries | Agriculture | Services | Tourism | |
| % of GDP | 51.5 | 5.8 | 35.5 | 7.2 |
Military Expenditure (3.3% of GDP; $45,411 millions of USD)
Since our nation has a rather huge military base on the east side of Mt. Iveray, navies on the southwest, and of course, secret naval training centers on Liu Island. According to these facts, investments and expenditures on military purposes would be relatively high.
Our nation’s military expenditure includes investments on training sessions, purchase of the materials for the constructions of military forces, bases, and weapons, such as navies, aircraft carriers, tanks, and jets, and various military infrastructure.
Most of the money for military expense comes from taxes. We, of course, are aware of the unreasonable amounts of taxes that our citizens might have to pay if we do not project a legitimate plan to distribute taxes evenly. Still, we would distribute more tax revenues on the construction of public infrastructure, education, agriculture, and energy production.
Tax Revenue
37.5 % is the total tax revenue as a percentage of GDP for Democratic Republic of LeWolf. That equals to $516,375 million (USD).
Citizens of the nation are require to pay taxes for infrastructure, social security, housing, retirements, disaster protection, military expenses, and other social matters.
Economic Sectors
a) Coal and Oil Industries (Production of Energy) (51.5% of GDP)
Industries of coal and oil is the one thing that the Democratic Republic of   LeWolf  holds proud of. According to our recent Layla Poll, chemical engineer is the top career choice for the future students of LeWolf. Currently 96% of our Colleges and Universities have a course in oil and coal engineering. It is considered an honor to go to one of those courses. Oil mining machines can be found all around the coast of LeWolf. We have three major oil and coal factories, which are mostly located on the northwest They produce large amount of oil and coal, because we also need to supply our ally countries with our oil and coal.
Production of energy is another major production in the country of LeWolf. Coal and oil are our major resources that produce energy in our country. However, we also have large amount of water supply. Most of our water production energy are coming straight from Dirrikkirri River. We only have two dams, and we are currently working on our third dam. Some of our energy resources are traded to other countries.
b) Agriculture (5.8% of GDP)
Our land is not suitable for much agriculture or any sort of food production due to our climate conditions. We do, however, grow small amounts of plants and normal crops, and we have a couple of animals farms around St. Aapeole. Mainly we rely food production from our ally countries, such as Territory 21.
I. Medical Research
Our country is not base heavily on medicine, however our country do need special medication for the mining workers. Each major mining camp has one or two hospitals located within two miles. Location of the mining camps are usually pretty isolated from the world, so we need to have storage room near the mining camps. We are also developing newer and better drugs that will allow the workers to stay longer underground.
II. Architectures/Automobiles
A lot of our major architecture developments are dealing with oil and coal. We are trying to develop a better drilling machine, because our old ones, Wawa, have a very low mechanical efficiency. Our engineers believe that Wawa has too much metal contacts inside the drill, so it will create a lot of friction. Thus, the machine will have a very low work output compare to the work input. We also acquire new inventions from Territory 21 such as cars that can carry the loads quickly. We are developing new and better storage rooms that have a protection against major natural disasters.  These storage rooms will also put the oil and coal in perfect shape before use. We do make some automobiles for our country, however it is usually for the transportation of oil and coals. Our national automobile company is called the Wolf, and it specialize in making trucks. However, the Wolf do produce some family automobiles.
III. Chemistry
Most of our chemist engineers are working on developing better and more efficient oil. Recently, we developed a new and better petroleum that is ready to use in a couple of years. Since our country produces a lot of energy, chemistry is very important to our nation. Chemical substances are used for the transformation from coal and oil to energy. Even though our country’s energy factories are all working in a very high efficient state, we still believe that much improvements can be done.
IV. Computer Industries
Our country’s top computer choice right now is called the Chia. It stands for 95% of all the computers in our nation. Chia has been gaining some popularity around the world especially in Territory 21. We have been increasing our work products in order to supply Territory 21.
d) Tourism (7.2% of GDP)
Because our nation has intense protection against tsunami, the preservation and promotion of coral reefs are among the most prestigious tourism sites that visitors enjoy to view. Along with beautiful coral reefs, scuba diving, aquaplaning, and other water activities also attract a great amount of tourists due to the clean and beautiful ocean scenery.
Besides tourism on islands, we don’t have much tourism developments on our mainland due to the fact that coal and oil industries pervade our nation. However, we do preserve our precious nature near the nation’s mountain ranges. Forests such as deciduous forests are prosperous on Mt. Iveray and coastal mountain ranges on the south end.
Currency
1 dollar equals 30 Lays. The nation set standards to maintain this Lay currency on a certain level so that it doesn’t fluctuate a lot.
Rich and Poor
The disparity between the rich and the poor is a little bit above average (quite big) because many of our people are factory workers in oil and coal industries. Even so, our nation doesn’t have a lot of farmers or other agricultural workers. Therefore, the gap between the rich and the poor isn’t really big.
Democratic Republic of LeWolf’s Lorenz Curve
 (Allen Wang)
Area A represents the degree of inequality between the rich and poor of LeWolf. If the inequality is above average, meaning either a great percentage of population owns a little percentage of total income or a small percentage of the population owns a high percentage of total income, the Lorenz Curve will approach the letter “B” closer. By the way, our nation is a capitalist country, making the area of inequality larger. Also, those who occupy in computer industries tend to have greater assets and earnings.
